1. Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized gear
Safety equipment (e.g., helmets, harnesses) once unsealed
Gift cards and downloadable manuals
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@parasuites.com within 48 hours.
5. Return Shipping:
